Lawyer and Master in Business Law from the Austral University, where he is a professor of corporate law and a Master's degree in business law, and director of the postgraduate course on "Legal Regime for SMEs and entrepreneurs" at said University.

Argentine representative to the United Nations (UN), UNCITRAL, in the SME commission; Focal point before the OAS for the implementation of the SAS in the American continent, and has been a member of the drafting commission of the Law to support Entrepreneurial Capital (Law 27,349).

He is a member of the Public Policies committee of the Argentine Entrepreneurs Association (ASEA).

Author of the book "SAS- Simplified Stock Company", Editorial Astrea, and the Law of support for entrepreneurial capital discussed, Editorial Cathedra.
